Position Overview

We need a highly motivated self-starter to join our CSR team. The Sales Coordinator serves as the first impression of the company, where over 30% of our clients are repeat and referrals and have more than 2,000 positive reviews on Google. The candidate will be responsible for strategically scheduling opportunities for our Roofing Specialists, which requires attention to detail and the ability to communicate with a diverse clientele effectively. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, an exceptional multitasker, have excellent verbal and communication skills, exercise good decision making, and thrive in a team environment.

8:30am – 5:00pm PST

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience required
  • Phone experience preferred
  • 2 years Inside sales experience required
  • Minimum 1-2 years live scheduling experience required
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Service Titan or applicable CRM software required
  • Degree or certification related to sales, marketing or business strongly preferred
  • Roofing Industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with high inbound/outbound call volumes
  • Strong work ethic and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Respectful and empathetic to Clients and Team
  • Can withstand sitting for long periods at a desk
  • Can type at least 60-70 wpm
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and convert a high volume of incoming calls to sales opportunities
  • Respond timely to a high volume of web-based leads from platforms like Yelp, Angie’s List, etc., to convert into sales appointments
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling, setting up various types of appointments, and maintaining a dynamic schedule according to sales needs
  • Maintain a high level of inbound and outbound calls to meet department goals
  • Manage daily schedules for estimation department, including same-day openings, reschedules, and cancellations
  • Use strategic thinking and Guardian-provided sales training to maximize appointment close rates
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and internal teams regarding processes, schedules, and project updates
  • Utilize industry-specific software, such as Service Titan, for internal coordination
  • Investigate, respond to, and resolve customer and internal questions or concerns promptly
