The Opportunity : Provide production monitoring of data, perform error analysis, and serve as the customer contact for questions on usage, functionality, and problems encountered with OpenText products and services.
You Are Great At- Providing technical support by responding to case service levels, delivering production support, analyzing issues, resolving issues, and notifying customers. Recreating customer issues and escalating to the appropriate level.
- Working cross-functionally in a team to deliver quality, satisfaction, and resolutions; contributing ideas for knowledge base content.
- Performing other duties and projects as assigned and may require on-call and weekend rotation.
- Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle).
- Experience with Active Directory.
- EDI knowledge is preferred.
- Effective English communication skills; ability to explain technical solutions to customers with varying EDI familiarity.
