What you'll do:

As an IT & Systems Support Specialist, you'll play a dual role: delivering daily IT support and driving smarter workflows behind the scenes. You'll be the first point of contact for users, manage IT assets, build digital forms, support onboarding/offboarding, and bring automation to life across platforms like Microsoft 365, SimPro, FieldView, and Smartsheet.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • IT Helpdesk & User Support: Respond to internal requests for IT assistance, including login issues, system access errors, hardware failures, or software malfunctions. Troubleshoot problems with accessories and connected devices (e.g. monitors, printers, docking stations, external keyboards, mobile phones). Liaise with third-party software providers and vendors to escalate unresolved or complex technical incidents.
  • Provide user-focused support and technical guidance across the business, ensuring resolution is prompt, documented, and compliant with standard protocols.
  • Forms & Workflow Automation: Build and maintain operational and compliance-based digital forms across platforms such as FieldView, Smartsheet, and SimPro. Apply system logic, workflows, user permissions, conditional formatting, and data output design. Troubleshoot errors in form routing, logic, or access, and implement updates in response to changing business requirements, legislation, or audit outcomes.
  • Maintain technical documentation for form configuration and workflow rules.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding System Setup: Provision devices (laptops, mobiles) for new employees and configure to WSP standards. Revoke access and recover equipment during employee exits. Ensure handover/closure is logged and tracked accurately.
  • Set up user access across: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Intune, Defender) JobPac ERP Lentune Timesheets & Expenses SimPro (Maintenance & Job Tracking) Ancillary systems: Adobe, Corporate Traveller, LastPass
  • Hardware & Asset Lifecycle Management: Assess and track hardware needs including laptop age, wear, and failure points. Procure and configure hardware and peripherals based on operational requirements. Maintain an accurate IT asset register via Employment Hero or alternate platform.
  • Allocate devices and software licenses to users with documented approvals.
  • Systems Improvement & Project Support: Support SimPro workflow enhancements, including automation and user accessibility. Build compliance tracking within SimPro (e.g., asset service intervals, reminders). Create dashboards in SimPro BI, Smartsheet, and Excel to visualise key data. Assist in exporting, cleansing, and structuring KPI or audit data for leadership teams.
  • Provide backend support for Power BI financial dashboards (Construction Control Centre).
  • Cybersecurity & Access Control: Assist with basic cybersecurity protocols, including password resets, access reviews, and Microsoft Defender/LastPass configuration. Provide end-user guidance on phishing awareness and account security hygiene. Conduct access audits and user deactivation checks as part of offboarding.
  • Software Licensing & Access Governance: Track active software license usage across Microsoft 365, Adobe, LastPass, and other platforms. Maintain allocation records and flag overuse or license expiry risks to the manager. Assist with setup and tracking of shared or floating licenses (e.g., Corporate Traveller, Smartsheet Admin).
  • API Integration Support & Data Sync: Assist with basic API configuration and field mapping across platforms (e.g., SimPro to Power BI, Smartsheet to Outlook, Jobpac to Finance dashboards). Monitor sync integrity and escalate failed automations or integration errors. Maintain documentation of API keys, endpoint configurations, and workflow logic (in partnership with the Commercial/Finance/Compliance teams).
  • Overflow / Data Support Functions: Assist with data entry for maintenance jobs in preparation for invoicing in client portals. Build and maintain a fuel, transport, and accommodation cost reference database to support tender pricing. Support admin functions with ad-hoc data entry during peak periods.
Successful candidates must have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems admin, or helpdesk roles
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Teams
  • Experience with SimPro, FieldView, Smartsheet, or other project/job-based systems
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with Power BI, basic API field mapping, or automation concepts is a big plus
  • Background in construction, project services, or similar sectors is desirable
Work Arrangements:

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

Work Setup: Hybrid
