Duties And Responsibilities
- Employee Data and Document Management: Update and maintain employee databases and Trackers to ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee records from deployment, regularization, and separation.
- Process employee movements such as Promotion, Lateral Transfer, and Reassignments.
- Audit, monitor, and implement employee performance reviews that may be used for regularization, promotion, separation, and incentive planning.
- Process employee information update requests in Zendesk.
- Assist employees with matters regarding their personnel record updates.
- Process Employee Verification requests.

Departmental Support
- Provide support to a variety of HR data activities across various HR functions such as benefits support and administration, performance management administration, and so on (as needed and with an opportunity to rotate across multiple HR domains).
- Audit and update Employee data information and maintain the confidentiality of personal information.
- Engage with other departments to facilitate onboarding, including coordinating onboarding presentations and preparing onboarding kits and assets.
Reports
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Employee Roster and Demographics reports, or as needed.
- Prepare Completion Monitoring Reports for any HR-related activities and initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and present data to better understand information that may be used for HR decision-making.

Job Requirement
- With work experience in HR and BPO-related fields.
