Summary: We are seeking a skilled Recruiter who will function primarily as a Recruitment Consultant with the ability to conduct pre-sales calls, execute reverse marketing strategies, and engage clients through presentations while also fulfilling traditional recruiting duties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Job

Key Duties:

  • Conduct pre-sales consultations and calls with prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Implement reverse marketing strategies to actively engage potential candidates and clients.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations effectively showcasing recruitment capabilities and services.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to screening and interviewing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Stakeholders:

  • Sales and marketing departments
  • Talent Acquisition team

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in recruitment and consultancy
  • Must have experience in pre-sales and client engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Experience in reverse marketing techniques for sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in recruitment or human resources will be a plus.
