Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Support peers and teams in the performance of duties and completion of talent acquisition work priorities.
- Offer technical advice and knowledge to others within the recruitment and talent discipline.
- Participate in the deployment of global projects in region relating to the improvement of talent acquisition practices.
- Engage with line managers when a new job opening occurs to help identify exact skills, recruitment approaches, and advise on best methods to fill positions for long-term business results.
- Work on strategic projects such as competency-based interview guides mapped to current jobs.
- Monitor and maintain internal and external job postings.
- Ensure new hires are onboarded professionally and engagingly.
- Extract data from the e-recruitment system and assist with analysis and presentation for relevant forums.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
- Understanding of IT operations and NTT service offerings; IT industry environment and business needs.
- Strong client relationship and engagement skills; able to work under pressure.
- Strategic thinking, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple urgent tasks.
- Knowledge of HR talent management practices, labour legislation, and recruitment governance.
- Discretion with confidential information; reliable with high attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with first line managers at a tactical level; strong communication and stakeholder management.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
Degree in Business, Human Resources or Industrial Psychology; relevant vendor certifications.
Required Experience
Experience working with internal/external stakeholders; proficiency with talent acquisition technologies, e-recruitment systems, and HR metrics.
