Position: Sales Account SpecialistEmployment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail and distribution accounts. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and manage account expansions. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Warehouse, Logistics) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Conduct regular market visits, competitor checks, and customer feedback collection. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts. Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and trade activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or account management (FMCG or cosmetics industry preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Goal-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented.
