Job Summary

Fortem Cement Corporation is looking for a motivated
Sales Account Specialist
to support client management, sales coordination, and business development activities for our Admixture, Boards, and Cement product lines. This role is designed for
entry-level candidates or fresh graduates
who already have related exposure or experience in sales, customer handling, or internship work in commercial roles. The position will attract applicants who are serious about building a career in sales and account management, with strong communication skills and the drive to support a fast-paced sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding orders, requirements, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct basic market research and gather customer information to support the sales team.
  • Maintain sales records, databases, and documentation for reporting.
  • Help achieve sales targets by supporting lead generation and account servicing activities.

Key Qualifications

  • Required:
    Related experience in
    sales support, account management, customer service, or commercial internships
    .
  • Open to
    entry-level candidates and fresh graduates
    who can demonstrate strong interest in sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting sales activities.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
  • Willing to work onsite most days in
