Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day strata operations in compliance with WA legislation .
- Maintain accurate records in Stratafy software, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization.
- Oversee strata and trust accounting functions, including budgeting, levy management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Provide clear communication and support to stakeholders, lot owners, and committees.
- Assist in establishing and improving processes as we scale in our start-up phase.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance, efficiency, and best practices in strata management.
- Proven experience in strata management , ideally in Western Australia.
- Strong working knowledge of WA strata legislation .
- Demonstrated experience in trust accounting and financial management within a strata context.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, with initiative and problem-solving capability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Stratafy software .
