Venture Executive Assistant

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This is a remote position requiring excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong understanding of office management principles and a high level of discretion. Responsibilities Calendar Management: Manage complex executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication Management: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives, ensuring timely and professional responses. Project Support: Assist with project coordination, including task management, documentation, and follow-up. Travel Arrangements: Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Administrative Tasks: Manage expenses, prepare presentations, create reports, and maintain files. Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and other supporting documentation. Research and Information Gathering: Conduct research and gather information as requested by executives. Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (minimum of 2 years). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in using various digital communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Calendly). This role is part of our regional team in the Philippines.
