Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team, including Technical Sales Engineers and Sales Officer.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets by actively participating in business development efforts.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management.
  • Identify sales process improvements and ensure proper implementation of sales procedures.
  • Support after-sales service by coordinating with the Technical and Project teams.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular sales team meetings to align on targets and share updates.
  • Provide timely feedback and reports to the Sales Manager on market trends and team performance.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Knowledgeable in pump & motor fundamentals and controls and/ or Renewable energy is an advantage.
  • With at least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in solar energy, construction, or technical solutions; at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Experience with sales of transformers and other parts to Electric companies or with experience and connections in dealing with electric companies.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of solar products and systems is an advantage
  • Willing to be trained with different product lines.
  • Preferably residing in the South (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, etc.)
