The Office Leasing Officer at KMC is responsible for driving sales conversion through client requirement probing, solutions creation, leading workplace design workshops, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure.

This role requires expertise in leading the team of Salespeople doing the negotiation, site selection, and creation of proposals and RFP responses. As a leader, he/she must be proficient in managing ERP, CRM systems, and other sales tools and automation systems used by the company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong people management skills, capable of building a solid sales team and achieving quotas.

Senior Workplace Solutions Manager Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with the VP for Workspace Solutions
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays for Enterprise Solutions
  • Coordinate site visits with clients for Enterprise Solutions
  • Follow up with clients regarding ongoing BTS engagements or potential opportunities
  • Attend client meetings with the Head of Enterprise Solutions (AVP)
  • Develop quotes and proposals, with full accountability for costing and P&L resting with the AVP
  • Document notes from client meetings regarding requirements, design, and build details during implementation
  • Attend and coordinate internal and supplier meetings
  • Attend networking events to develop new BUILD-TO-SUIT leads
  • Maintain and grow business by interacting with top 1000 corporations
  • Utilize LinkedIn for lead generation and relationship development
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and develop new accounts
  • Seek referrals and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Attend client meetings and achieve sales targets (TBD)
  • Ensure necessary actions are undertaken by the account team
  • Lead project management activities including event planning
  • Use industry contacts to generate new business
  • Manage outbound sales campaigns and calls
  • Maintain active presence on social networks for lead development
  • Assist in strategic planning to drive revenue
  • Handle end-to-end sales activities for Serviced Office leads, with handover to VP for Sales for BCP, Disaster Recovery, and Staff-leasing leads
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven sales management experience, 5+ years in solutions creation, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Skills: Expertise in lead generation, networking, relationship-building, excellent communication, sales process knowledge, negotiation skills, proficiency in ERP, HubSpot CRM, and other sales tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
