Key Responsibilities
  • Market available units/properties through online platforms, advertisements, referrals, and other channels.
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and provide detailed information about property features, pricing, and policies.
  • Conduct property tours and highlight key amenities and benefits to prospective tenants.
  • Process lease applications, screen tenants, and verify references in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements and other related documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenants, contracts, and leasing activities.
  • Collaborate with property management and building staff to ensure units are move-in ready.
  • Address tenant questions, concerns, and service requests to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist in collections and follow up on overdue rental payments when necessary.
  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities to support pricing strategies.
  • Achieve leasing targets and contribute to occupancy goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred but not always required).
  • Prior experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or property management is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants.
  • Knowledge of leasing laws, fair housing regulations, and real estate practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with property management software is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
