Position Overview:

The LEASING SALES MANAGER will be managing all leasing sales activities of the company such as commercial leasing to industrial leasing. The LEASING SALES MANGER shall come up with strategies and implement the same to ensure continuous sales growth of the leasing business of the company.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales growth and hit sales forecasts.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plan that aims to expand the company's customer base and increase pipeline.
  • Design and implement retention programs for existing clients and tenants.
  • Negotiate on the terms of the lease.
  • Build and promote good relationships with clients and tenants.
  • Set objectives and goals for the team members
  • Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets, market shifts, and market trends as well as monitor new product and competition status.
  • Other responsibilities which the management may assign from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a bachelor's degree or Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree
  • Candidate must have at least three years of experience handling real estate sales
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must have advanced working knowledge on MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Has the ability to create and present comprehensive reports to management
  • Is able to work independently and well in a fast-paced environment

  • Work Setup: Hybrid, but may change depending on Company's operational needs
  • Work Location: Mandaue, Cebu
  • Salary Range: Php70, ,000

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
