We’re on an exciting growth journey and looking for a Business Development/ Analyst Officer who’s not just numbers-savvy but also understands business processes and how organizations run — Industrial Engineers are highly encouraged to apply

What You’ll Do

As our Business Development Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our market presence and sharpening our strategic direction. Your work will directly impact how we grow, innovate, and deliver value.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
  • Analyze client data , and business KPIs to recommend strategies for growth.
  • Create business proposals, pitch decks , and strategic presentations for internal and client-facing use.
  • Support digital and traditional marketing campaigns , including performance analysis and reporting.
  • Identify and evaluate potential clients, projects, and partnerships , and help us enter new market segments.
  • Contribute to lead generation and maintain CRM data with accuracy and insight.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal business processes and workflow efficiency .
  • Track, report, and optimize performance metrics relevant to business development and client success.
  • Represent FMC at events, client meetings, and conferences .
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives to support leadership and innovation.
Who We’re Looking For

You’re not just a data person — you’re a strategic thinker who understands how to turn business insights into action.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering , Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. (IE preferred – familiarity with business processes is a plus)
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or marketing analysis.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and how companies operate and grow.
  • Basic knowledge of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to make sense of complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, CRM systems , and digital marketing tools.
  • A collaborative team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events or client engagements
