Job Description Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Food & Nutrition sector. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the industrial/manufacturing industry. Identify new business opportunities and drive innovation to meet customer needs. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and business development initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Successful Applicant A strong educational background in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven expertise in sales and business development within the Food & Nutrition sector of the industrial/manufacturing industry. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build client relationships. A strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
