Job Description
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Food & Nutrition sector.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive innovation to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant
  • A strong educational background in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in sales and business development within the Food & Nutrition sector of the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build client relationships.
  • A strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and competitor benchmarking
