Role context : Senior Lead, Business Development in Germany. This role drives strategic growth initiatives, develops new business opportunities, and establishes strong relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company growth objectives; identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for BPO services; monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform decisions.

  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities; build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events; lead end-to-end sales process including proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization.

  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers; serve as primary contact for prospective clients; collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and drive value.

  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Set and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of activities; prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts for senior management; utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles; experience in the BPO industry is a plus.

  • Excellent knowledge of the German market.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors, with understanding of their needs and challenges.

  • Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
