La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services Inc. About the Role We are looking for a Leasing Operations Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. This position is office-based (not work-from-home) and plays a key role in ensuring that all leasing documents, property listings, and client transactions are properly managed and executed with accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and finalize lease contracts, renewals, and addenda Track contract expirations and send renewal reminders Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents Upload and update property listings on online portals (Lamudi, DotProperty, Carousell, Facebook Marketplace) Coordinate with landlords, tenants, leasing agents, and property management offices Secure move-in/move-out permits and assist with tenant turnovers Support after-sales activities such as unit handovers, minor repairs, and cleaning coordination Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing administration or property management Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Excel Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and service-minded Willing to work onsite in Makati or Pasay City Work Setup & Compensation Work Location: Makati / Pasay Office Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Office-Based (No WFH) Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 (depending on experience) Allowances: Communication & Transportation (₱3,000 – ₱5,000) Performance Bonus: Quarterly (₱3,000 – ₱8,000 based on accuracy & timeliness) Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is: Organized and detail-focused Calm and dependable under pressure Excellent at follow-ups and coordination Loyal, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high-quality work #J-18808-Ljbffr
