We’re expanding our Commercial Division and looking for a dynamic, business-minded Commercial Leasing Executive who can manage listings, assist clients, and build strong relationships with property owners across Metro Manila. Key Responsibilities Source, inspect, and manage commercial property listings (office, retail, and business spaces) Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and brokers for viewings and lease documentation Assist clients during property viewings, move-in, and move-out transactions Handle market research and competitor analysis to identify new leasing opportunities Maintain updated property database, listings, and weekly activity reports Promote available listings on social media and online property platforms Collaborate with the marketing team for visibility and branding of commercial spaces Qualifications Graduate of Marketing, Management, Business Administration , or other business-related courses Based in Metro Manila (Makati, Pasay, BGC, Ortigas, or nearby areas) At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or client coordination (real estate preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledgeable in social media posting and online marketing Presentable, organized, and proactive with strong negotiation skills Must be willing to do fieldwork (property visits and inspections) Required Documents (Upon Hiring) NBI Clearance Valid Government ID Medical Certificate Certificate of Employment (if applicable) 3 Character References Diploma or Transcript of Records What We Offer Incentives and transportation reimbursement Career growth to Senior Commercial Leasing Officer / Manager Mentorship and real estate training Dynamic and supportive work environment How to Apply Send your resume and a 1–2 minute introduction video to: Bossjob #J-18808-Ljbffr
