The company is now seeking a Business Development & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to support ongoing client outreach, manage leads in HubSpot, and maintain business operations so Evan can focus on high‑value client work. Role Overview The Business Development & Lead Generation VA will help identify, engage, and nurture qualified leads — with a focus on women‑owned businesses and other mission‑driven organizations. The role includes daily tracking, HubSpot management, and consistent communication with Evan to ensure follow‑ups, lead progress, and admin organization are all on track. This position is ideal for a VA who enjoys managing business operations, improving systems, and taking initiative in strategic outreach. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Research and identify qualified leads (especially women‑owned or empathy‑driven businesses). Conduct outreach primarily via LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms (no cold email). Send personalized connection requests and messages based on HCDX’s positioning and target audience. Maintain and update lead information and activity status in HubSpot CRM. Track conversations and schedule follow‑ups to ensure no leads fall through the cracks. Business Development Support Suggest and implement outreach or engagement strategies aligned with company goals. Provide regular updates and insights on lead generation results, conversions, and campaign performance. Assist in identifying collaboration or partnership opportunities. Support brand awareness through light content posting or coordination with marketing (optional). Admin & CRM Management Maintain clean and organized CRM data in HubSpot. Set and manage follow‑up reminders, notes, and contact records. Track meeting outcomes and ensure timely next steps. Generate summaries or end‑of‑day reports on progress and next actions. Handle documentation, scheduling, and organization for client‑facing initiatives. Preferred Skills & Tools Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar tools like Pipedrive or Zoho). Proficient in LinkedIn and Instagram for lead generation. Excellent written English communication. Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented. Strategic thinker with ability to make process improvement suggestions. Optional: Familiarity with light content creation or brand awareness strategies. Success Metrics Consistent flow of qualified, high‑quality leads aligned with target criteria. Timely and accurate CRM updates with complete follow‑ups. Regular communication and accountability (daily/weekly summaries). Proactive collaboration with Evan on improving outreach and conversion approaches.
