About the role Heroes are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Executive to drive key marketing activities, ensuring that our products appear high for the most relevant keyword searches. The successful candidate will play a very pivotal role in the success and growth of the Heroes brand portfolio and be responsible for the efficient management of a significant spend budget for their brand. Responsibilities In-depth and methodical keyword research - identifying important high, medium & low volume keywords to target and implementing a strategy to build rank for these. Campaign implementation - hands‑on execution and management of keyword ranking strategies. Analysing past performance of current and new products, identifying opportunities to push performance further. Working with our current portfolio of brands across multiple markets to help drive efficient sales. Providing summarised and detailed reporting of key performance metrics and driving actions based on the data. Working highly proactively with the brand management team, offering a wider perspective on product strategy as well as recommendations to grow the brand and product(s). Being a trusted partner to your assigned Brand Manager, owning the PPC operations, driving their brands, and supporting them with insights that drive the commercial success of the brand(s). Identifying market trends, driving the use of new features and tactics, and staying up‑to‑date on what’s happening within the industry. Onboarding and integrating new brands, setting up a scalable campaign structure that allows for profitable growth. Working with selected tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, Perpetua to analyse keywords, search volumes, and key performance metrics About you You should have proven experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns, with a track record of driving profitable growth. A strong understanding and total ownership of the cause and effect of your actions is crucial. You will have experience managing marketing campaigns for a wide range of products on Amazon across multiple markets, with knowledge on non‑PPC growth drivers. You should be able to analyse and present performance data clearly and concisely while still being able to drill down to a high level of detail where necessary. You will have experience using technologies and automation tools (e.g Helium10, Jungle Scout, Perpetua) to help manage activity, but also be able to demonstrate a good understanding of how these function. You will be highly numerate and able to make informed, data driven decisions. Excellent attention to detail is essential. You will have a strong ability of leveraging data to communicate your points to colleagues and other stakeholders. Our benefits 15 days of paid vacation per year.
