Role Type Permanent What You’ll Be Doing As a People Partner for our Commercial functions in the Philippines, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our people strategies support business success. This is a managerial position with strategic influence across the organization. You’ll work closely with leaders across sales, marketing, and customer‑facing teams to drive performance, engagement, and growth. You will support Avon Philippines – one of the biggest and most dynamic markets of Avon International. From advising on organizational design to supporting leadership development, you’ll be a trusted partner helping to build a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Align people strategies with commercial business goals Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives Support recruitment efforts to attract top commercial talents Drive performance management and leadership development programs Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with policies and laws Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless support Lead HR support for transformation programs including organizational redesign, workforce planning, and capability building Drive change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high employee engagement What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years supporting commercial or sales teams as HR Business/People Partner Strong understanding of commercial operations and business acumen Demonstrated experience in supporting business transformation or operating model shifts Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach Resilient, agile, and comfortable navigating change Passionate about people and driving business growth What We Offer We offer a comprehensive benefits package along with wellness resources and work‑life balance support in line with your country practices and Avon purpose aiming to help you live a healthier life, protect you and your dear ones, and ensure you’re at your best.
