About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Business Partner to join our People Strategy and Operations function. As a People Business Partner, you will play a critical role in assisting with the roll‑out and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. This role is responsible for providing guidance, support, and expertise to employees and managers on HR‑related matters, while also driving business results through strategic HR initiatives. What you’ll be doing Provide expert HR advisory and coaching to managers on a wide range of people‑related matters, including talent management, performance, learning and development, and employee relations Design and implement HR initiatives that support the organisation's strategic objectives and enhance employee experience Analyse HR data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to address people‑related challenges Manage HR functions such as employment, labour relations, compensation, and benefits for a business unit or line of business Conduct training on various topics, including performance management, diversity, and more Serve as a trusted business partner, acting as a strategic advisor to leadership on all aspects of people management Participate in the development and execution of the company's employer branding and recruitment efforts What we’re looking for Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar HR advisory role Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and people management principles Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and translate business needs into people‑focused solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a passion for driving positive change Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR technology to deliver insight‑driven recommendations Why CBRE?
