Strategic HR Leadership Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Triple i’s evolving needs and business goals. Help shape the company’s workforce strategy as we expand, ensuring our people initiatives are scalable and impactful. 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead recruitment efforts to attract the best talent for key positions, ensuring a good cultural and technical fit for our boutique firm. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that help us continue building a diverse, high-performing team. 3. Performance Management Partner with department heads to create effective performance metrics, aligning individual and team goals with the company’s strategic vision. Provide guidance and support on performance evaluations and employee development. 4. Compensation & Benefits Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits programs, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Manage the company’s time and payroll software, with a focus on maintaining a smooth and compliant payroll process. 5. Fostering Company Culture Collaborate closely with management to nurture and grow Triple i's unique culture. Champion initiatives that promote engagement, inclusivity, and overall employee satisfaction, ensuring our core values are embodied in every interaction. 6. HR Administration & Compliance Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Develop HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices. Qualifications : At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in international or cross-cultural teams is highly preferred. Preferably with experience in consulting or related industry. Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations. Strong understanding of compensation and benefits systems and experience in handling payroll using a payroll software system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering strong relationships across teams. A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to a growing company’s needs. Work Schedule The work schedule is Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Work Set-Up Onsite in Makati City.
