Marketing Manager - IT Solutions, People and Events We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven IT Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and generate leads through events management for our IT solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and strategic branding within the IT or technology industry. Key Responsibilities Be the people manager for the overall performance of the marketing team. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote IT consulting services and generate business leads. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid ads). Oversee the creation of marketing content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and website updates. Manage the company’s social media presence and engage with the target audience to build brand credibility. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and generate high‑quality leads. Organize and promote webinars, industry events, and conferences to position the company as a thought leader. Track, measure, and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ROI. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven years of experience in marketing in the Philippine Market, preferably in the IT or technology industry. Proven years of experience in people management (i.e., supervisory, managerial, etc.) Proven years of experience in event management Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, digital marketing, and lead generation. Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media marketing. Excellent communication, copywriting, and content marketing skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing campaigns. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
