The Role: Recruiting Coordinator

Connect skilled healthcare professionals with the patients and families who rely on them. You’ll screen candidates, move quickly when needs arise, and ensure each placement is ready to hit the ground running. You understand the urgency of healthcare hiring and thrive when every filled position means someone receives needed care.

You’ll coordinate interviews, source candidates, and support background checks and compliance tasks. Your work directly helps improve patient care. You’ll manage roles for a U.S.-based healthcare client, from caregivers to licensed professionals, and work with their internal team to hit hiring goals and maintain workflow.

What Your Days Might Look Like
  • Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via HelloHire or similar tools
  • Use platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency
  • Occasionally assist in recruiting for administrative roles when needed
Who Will Thrive in This Role
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
  • Phone-ready, strong follow-ups, and ability to close candidates
  • Proactive, self-managed, able to juggle multiple roles
  • Creative sourcing using social media, job boards, and AI tools
  • Familiar with CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented for compliance tasks
  • Clear, professional English communication (written and spoken)
  • Comfort with 100% remote work and a reliable setup
  • Willing to work in a US time zone schedule
  • Technical setup requirements: 720p+ webcam; 25 Mbps internet; backup devices; main computer with at least Core i5 and 8 GB RAM; backup computer with Core i3 and 4 GB RAM

  • ₱20,000 Sign-On Bonus — paid in two parts: ₱10,000 after 3 months; ₱10,000 after 6 months

Note: If engagement ends within the first 12 months, the bonus may be repaid and deducted from final pay.
