The Recruitment Specialist – Manpower is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s workforce needs. This role focuses on high-volume and strategic recruitment across various departments, ensuring that staffing requirements are fulfilled efficiently and effectively, with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and timelines. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, job fairs, and other channels. Conduct job postings, resume screenings, initial interviews, and coordinate further interviews with department heads. Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure all recruitment activities are in line with company policies and labor laws. Prepare and present candidate summaries to hiring managers, including strengths, weaknesses, and salary expectations. Negotiate job offers and support onboarding processes. Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment records. Build strong employer branding by maintaining a positive candidate experience and participating in employer branding initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies for bulk hiring or specialized recruitment needs. Support workforce planning and forecasting activities.
