Overview

Sales Consultant role at Best Reliable Resources . Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

About the role: You will be the friendly face helping clients find the perfect products and solutions to meet their needs.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable and attentive customer service to all clients
  • Actively listen to customer requirements and make product recommendations to meet their needs
  • Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and provide receipts
  • Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked sales floor
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Participate in product training to stay up-to-date with the latest offerings
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner
What we're looking for
  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills and products
  • Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
