In this role, you will expand our product’s market coverage by developing and executing a comprehensive product line–up operation plan. You will be responsible for driving sales growth while minimizing loss, by managing product lifecycle and developing pricing strategy to meet target sales. Role And Responsibilities Sales target management by account: set optimal sales target to drive continued growth and encourage employee morale. Sales strategy setting by account: plan optimal sales strategy to meet sales target by analyzing assigned accounts, commercial district, and products. Sales execution: carry out sales focusing on achieving target in cooperation with accounts. Account monitoring and risk management: build trust with accounts and create foundation for continued revenue growth. Skills And Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in consumer goods/consumer electronics/FMCG industry. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share in assigned territory. Experience in managing and negotiating with key accounts and dealers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to present, persuade, and negotiate with key decision‑makers. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and tactics. Strong business acumen, including financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Strong time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
