Job Title- Compliance Specialist (PEZA, EHS, ISO)

Location- Metro Manila

Job Type- Dayshift (Onsite)

Qualifications:

1- Must be willing to work 100% onsite at our Eastwood Site

2- Experience in managing or supervising compliance-related projects or teams

3- Familiarity with local and international compliance standards (e.g PEZA, ISO, LGU Permits)

4- Willing to travel from one site to another occasionally for audits or compliance training

Job Description:

1-Facilitiate and monitor PEZA permit applications (such as LOA, 8105, 8106 etc)

2-Coordinate asset movements and disposals in compliance with PEZA guidelines

3-Review and validate documents such as Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts and etc

4-Provide support during PEZA audits and inspections

5-Track updates in PEZA policy

6-Monitor PEZA compliance

7-Processing of PEZA permits and submission of documents at PEZA office

8-Assist admin team in Safety Compliance (EHS, ISO certification)
