JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partners on continuous process and system improvements as well as assisting in training Maintain a current, accurate and up-to-date project file including both drawings and all correspondence. Contributes to the strategic planning of core business categories through building relationships with Merchants, Merchant operations/Project Management, Space Execution, and Design within his/her area of responsibility. Provides expertise on how we can successfully apply Brand standard layout & design into specific actual project. Takes part in driving timely information around projects and criteria to Merchant, Space, Design, Goods not for Resale and Deployment partners as requested and in coordination with identified processes (product, fixture and adjacency counts). Drives accurate floor plans and ensures that product placements are aligned with optimal product counts, product adjacencies need and they meet business requirements for all business projects. Continues to develop strong partnerships within their business categories and deep knowledge of strategy to connect the project/design intent to the draw criteria ensuring objectives are met with store planning execution. Works with Senior Manager of Store Planning in the evaluation of retail environments for operational compliance. This will include but be not limited to stock, merchandise areas, loss prevention, product optimization needs and store operations. Maintain a current, accurate and up-to-date project file including both drawings and all correspondence. Note: Other duties related to the responsibilities and output of the position but not included in this document may be assigned by the immediate superior. QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Architecture or Interior Design. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. At least 2-3 years\' experience in Cad Software, Photoshop, Sketch-Up, V-RAY, ArchiCAD, and other rendering software is a must KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDE Well-versed in Architectural Software (AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and VRay) is a must Strong design presentation skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact within and outside groups, and Knowledge in Microsoft Office Products, and Photoshop Can work well within a team and can work under pressure Willing to work extended hours in store and construction site #J-18808-Ljbffr
