Job Description:

  • Manage retail staff
  • Developing strategic and tactical plans to increase sales (may include managing contents in FB and Tiktok to boost sales)
  • Organizing store staff work schedule
  • Assigning work tasks to store staff to meet the needs of the store and its customers
  • Monitoring inventory and procurement of new stock as needed
  • Mentoring store employees to benefit the performance of the store

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least year(s) experience as a store supervisor
  • Knowledgeable in MS office
  • Basic knowledge in social media marketing - editing videos or post (Tiktok and FB)
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field is a plus
  • Able to demonstrate innovation and good judgement; has sufficient problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies
  • Works well under pressure, has professional conduct, and with good communication skills Honest and trustworthy

Deployment Location: Ortigas, Pasig (Near Meralco)
