Designing

Creates concepts, proposals and updates new store fixtures such as but not limited to; Wall mural designs, Island module designs in 3D, power table, two-way racks and tower module.

Assists in the preview of concessionaires/tenants' design proposals and ensures that the standards design guidelines are being followed prior to approval of the SPD Head

Reviews re-lay outing of materials based on large format printing requirements (syntra, acetate media, backlit media, etc.).

Develops photo realistic designs (3D) and rendered drawing for accurate plan presentations using Trimble Sketch Up / Vray Rendering / Photoshop / Canva etc. with detailed plans perspective.

May create graphics designs based on order especially in the field of fashion such as but not limited to; posters, tarpaulin designs, digital lay-outs etc.

May create and develop vectors and raster graphics using programs such as but not limited to Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Il. Project Management

Manages interior design projects from design concept through creation of construction documents.

Handles negotiation and coordination of construction material or services with subcontractors/ builders/suppliers.

Performs other task related to Marketing, Advertising and store planning concerns as required by the immediate head

Coordinates and provides general clarification to contractor queries

Manage multiple project schedule

Secure permits for installation, pull-out and deliveries for SM and Non-SM

Ensure all modules from fabrication to delivery are on time prior to installation.

IlI. Documents Management

Creates, receives, circulates and archives all pertinent store plan and design and construction and documents such as but not limited to Store Lay-out, As-built plan, Blue Print, Building Permit, etc.

IV. Purchasing and Procurement

Selects the materials to be used in the interiors of specific structure.

Procures all purchased and existing equipment, construction materials and modules in coordination with the SPD Assistant.

Maintains and updates inventory/records of existing modules and equipment from store pullouts.
