Overview
Lead Generation Specialist roles across multiple postings. Responsibilities include researching, identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outbound outreach, and supporting the sales team to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Responsibilities- Lead Research & Prospecting: identify potential customers through job boards, LinkedIn, company websites, and industry platforms.
- Outbound Outreach: run campaigns via email, LinkedIn messaging, cold calls, and other channels; qualify leads and initiate conversations.
- Lead Qualification: assess fit with target profiles and hand off to sales when appropriate.
- CRM & Data Management: maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with Sales/BD: coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and support the sales cycle from lead to closure.
- Market & Competitor Awareness: stay updated on industry trends to refine outreach strategies.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: share insights on campaigns, lead trends, and performance in regular meetings.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales (varies by role).
- Proven ability to conduct outbound prospecting and use CRM/tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; comfortable in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in BPO, outsourcing, IT, fintech, or related industries is a plus depending on posting.
