Recruitment Manager – Revaya Job Type: Full‑Time Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time Job Overview: We are seeking a strong and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our in‑house talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and team management. This role requires a strategic yet hands‑on leader who can build efficient recruitment processes, ensure quality hires, and align hiring strategies with the company’s growth goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the full‑cycle recruitment process—from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer and onboarding. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists to ensure productivity and quality of hires. Collaborate closely with department heads and senior management to identify hiring needs and build effective hiring strategies. Develop and maintain strong pipelines for key roles using proactive sourcing, networking, and recruitment marketing. Implement best practices and optimize recruitment systems, tools, and workflows for efficiency. Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source effectiveness) and provide actionable insights. Ensure all recruitment activities align with company values, policies, and compliance standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Proven success in high‑volume and strategic hiring for diverse roles. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ATS/CRM systems and digital sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Highly organized, metrics‑oriented, and capable of working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
