Position Overview:
We're seeking a Recruiter & Account Manager to drive both talent acquisition and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be equally passionate about sourcing top talent and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, communication, and cultural fit.

  • Present shortlists to clients with detailed notes.

  • Act as the main liaison for assigned clients, providing updates and managing placements.

  • Assist with onboarding and support for hired candidates.

  • Maintain records in CRM/ATS and track performance metrics.

  • Continuously improve recruitment and account management processes.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and CRM systems.

  • Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

  • Self-motivated and deadline-oriented.
