Description Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Facilitation and Delivery Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing employees. Ensure training is engaging, effective, and tailored to various learning styles. Team Leadership and Support Supervise trainers or training specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback. Coordinate with team leaders and department heads to identify training needs. Performance Monitoring Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree holder At least 2 years of experience as a Training Lead/Supervisor in the call center industry is required. Proficiency in communication, planning, leadership, coordinating, and coaching is required.
