Technical Support Representative (Tsr) — Job Description

URGENT #HIRING for IT Service Desk and Technical Support Representative. We are looking for a personable, experienced Customer Service and Technical Support Rep. professional to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company and clients. You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.

Location: BGC, Taguig. Onsite work required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and information to potential customers regarding company and client products and services.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.
  • Participate in initial and final interviews; start ASAP per application process.
Qualifications
  • Must have 24 months (2 years and up) of Technical Service Experience or ITSD Experience.
  • College Graduate for any computer-related course (for TSR only).
  • Amenable to work onsite.
Salary

Php35,000.00 – Php40,000.00 per month (depends on technical experience).

Schedule

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Customer service 1 year (preferred).
  • Onsite work required; BPO experience advantageous.

  • COVID-19 considerations: All processes were done virtually due to Covid-19 and no assessment conducted.
