Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure the smooth handling of administrative tasks, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and termination paperwork
- Assist in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and screening resumes
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support payroll processing and maintain attendance/leave records
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Help organize training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Maintain confidentiality and handle HR-related documents with discretion
- Perform general administrative tasks and support the HR team as needed
- At least 1 year experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or relevant role
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
