We are looking for a Sales Head to lead our BYD Vehicle Sales & Marketing team in Naga, Camarines Sur. The Sales Head will oversee sales operations, drive performance, and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the sales team to meet targets.

  • Develop sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to consultants.

  • Build relationships with key customers and corporate clients.

  • Coordinate with marketing for brand visibility and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
