1. Responsible for Generating Sales of the Company 1.1 Responsible in facilitating and setting his Projected Annual Sales Target and Budget for the succeeding year for the approval of the President/CEO: 1.2 Ensure preparation of Two Weeks Look Ahead Sales Plan and Accomplishment 1.3 Report that Sales Personnel prepares and submit their Annual Sales Target and Budget Worksheet every last quarter of the year; 1.4 Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies in generating new clients; 1.5 Ensure to report/update the management relative to necessary strategies on issues and concerns of inactive Clients to enable to activate and establish/maintain good relationship; 1.6 Maintain good relationship with existing clients, conduct sales visit/calls; 1.7 Prepare proposals and follow up the same for possible Purchase Orders; 1.8 Immediately address Clients’ queries, and/or elevate unresolved concerns to management for action and advise; 1.9 Monitor Sales Accomplishment vis a vis Sales Target ; 1.10 Ensure that Cash Advances relative to operations are timely prepare and submitted to Accounting; 1.11 Ensure the timely preparation of proposals, have it approved by VP-Sales & Marketing before it is emailed to respect client; 1.12 Ensure close monitoring of Purchase Orders from client and in turn ensure that Purchase Order are prepared and emailed to Principal; 1.13 Review all Purchase Orders approved by immediate supervisor before it is emailed to Principal; 1.14 Monitor readiness of product, its arrival, delivery and installation, if included in the Purchase Order, of product; 1.15 Ensure compliance of Safety requirements of clients during the installation and/or repairs done; 1.16 Ensure compliance of established company rules, policies and procedures; 2. Conduct After Market Sales 2.1 Provide Technical Assistance to clients 2.2 Ensure after market activities are provided for the satisfaction of the client; 2.3 Maintain good relationship with clients; 3.
