Job Description Overview
We are looking for a competitive and proactive Marketing Specialist with a background in nursing to help promote and expand our calibration and repair services for medical instruments. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with hospitals, laboratories, and clinics, driving awareness, and increasing service adoption. The ideal candidate will combine knowledge of medical equipment with strong marketing and sales skills and will be willing to conduct fieldwork to develop relationships and generate business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Promote and market calibration and repair services for medical equipment to healthcare institutions, including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
- Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing messages.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within healthcare facilities.
- Educate clients about the importance of regular equipment calibration and repair to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations to effectively communicate service offerings.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, product demos, and client meetings.
- Research and identify new market opportunities and client segments.
- Track marketing campaign performance, sales leads, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on market trends and customer needs.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Licensure not required).
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment, hospital machines, and related technologies.
- Strong basic marketing and sales skills, with a keen interest in healthcare marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with healthcare professionals and communicate technical information clearly.
- Preferably has a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for fieldwork.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, ideally within the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with medical equipment calibration and repair services.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
