A leading healthcare company that helps you stay healthy and live longer: Vintel Med Enterprises (VME) is a pharmaceutical company that has over 19 years of experience distributing quality medicines to patients, enhancing the quality of life of people through access to the best medicines and technology at affordable cost. VME is currently looking for a Medical Sales Representative in PABAZA (Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales) to join our team. Responsibilities Represent the company’s products to physicians and retail pharmacies while establishing long‑term relationships with the client. Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed territory expectations. Serve as the company’s primary gateway to new business with hospitals, physicians’ offices, and specialty groups within the industry. Undergo and complete all training requirements by the company and become familiarized with the company products. Engage in dialogue with healthcare professionals about the product’s efficacy and safety profiles as well as the approved indications. Possess an assertive, motivated, dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Work closely with the Supervisor/Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales in the assigned area, with extensive travel throughout the area. Adhere to all guidelines and regulations pertaining to dealings with medical professionals and the distribution of products. Be flexible and willing to do fieldwork in Pampanga, Bataan, and Zambales. Area Preferably a Resident of Pampanga. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Nursing, or equivalent. Preferably 1–4 years’ experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. A driven and goal-oriented person with excellent personal presentation skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
