VME is currently looking for a Medical Sales Representative in PABAZA (Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales) to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the company’s products to physicians and retail pharmacies while establishing long‑term relationships with the client.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed territory expectations.
  • Serve as the company’s primary gateway to new business with hospitals, physicians’ offices, and specialty groups within the industry.
  • Undergo and complete all training requirements by the company and become familiarized with the company products.
  • Engage in dialogue with healthcare professionals about the product’s efficacy and safety profiles as well as the approved indications.
  • Possess an assertive, motivated, dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work closely with the Supervisor/Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales in the assigned area, with extensive travel throughout the area.
  • Adhere to all guidelines and regulations pertaining to dealings with medical professionals and the distribution of products.
  • Be flexible and willing to do fieldwork in Pampanga, Bataan, and Zambales.
Area
  • Preferably a Resident of Pampanga.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Nursing, or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1–4 years’ experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • A driven and goal-oriented person with excellent personal presentation skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • The candidate must possess excellent communication, organization, and influencing skills.
