Location: Mandaluyong City | Hybrid Setup (2-3x) Reporting On Site Per Week Key Responsibilities (Business Development Associate) Identify and analyze potential markets, industries, and target clients. Generate and qualify leads through various channels including digital platforms, events, referrals, and partnerships. Research client needs, pain points, and competitive landscape. Conduct outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and strategic partners. Assist in preparing and presenting business proposals, decks, and pitches. Maintain regular communication and follow-ups to nurture leads and relationships. Support the sales team in client meetings, negotiations, and onboarding. Track and manage leads using CRM tools and provide regular updates to the team. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery. Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and business development plans. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns and projects with growth objectives. Help identify new service opportunities and areas for business expansion. Monitor KPIs related to sales, partnerships, and campaign effectiveness. Generate reports and insights to support data‑driven decisions. Recommend improvements based on performance analytics and client feedback. Participate in networking events, business expos, and client activations. Represent the company professionally to help build brand presence and attract potential clients. Assist in documentation, client onboarding requirements, and compliance follow‑through. Maintain organized records of client communications, agreements, and progress. Qualifications Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High/Senior High School degree; a degree in business or related field is a plus. Experience Level: Suitable for entry‑level candidates with less than 1 year of experience, or fresh graduates. Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.
