The client is a high-growth, multi-unit quick service restaurant (QSR) operator with several locations across the Northeast. They are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. As they continue to scale, they are seeking a sharp, data-driven Operations Analyst to join the team and help drive performance across the business. This role will work closely with company leadership and the finance team to analyze store performance, streamline operations, and support strategic decision-making. You will extract and interpret data, build insightful reports and models, and help identify opportunities for efficiency and growth. Job Highlights
  • Role Name: Operations Analyst – QSR Industry
  • Monthly Rate: USD 1020
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, with a 1-hour unpaid break
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational and financial performance across all restaurant locations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, models, and reports to track KPIs and trends.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and store-level teams.
  • Support ongoing initiatives to optimize labor, inventory, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and HR.
  • Assist in preparing materials for leadership meetings and performance reviews.
  • Recommend improvements based on data to streamline processes and enhance profitability.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role (restaurant/QSR experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and present clear, concise findings.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and an interest in operations.
