This role ensures marketing efforts translate into measurable pipeline and revenue contribution.## Position Description:* **Lead & Funnel Management (35%)** – Monitor lead flow, MQL → SQL conversion rates, and funnel health to ensure consistent demand generation.* **Data & Segmentation (25%)** – Maintain clean, segmented data for targeted campaigns and ABM programs.* **Campaign ROI & Attribution (25%)** – Track ROI, optimize spend, and measure marketing’s impact on revenue.* **Operational Excellence (15%)** – Standardize reporting, ensure alignment between Marketing and Sales data flows, and optimize processes.**Qualifications & Skills:*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.* 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations.* Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work across multiple regions (UK and US) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.## Company Overview:VenturEd Solutions is a leading solution provider exclusively dedicated to powering the success of K-12 schools, students, and families.
