Help shape the next generation of Converge leaders. We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Employer Branding Assistant Manager (Eearly Careers and Partnership) to lead and grow Converge’s early talent initiatives. In this role, you’ll design and drive high-impact programs that identify, develop, and prepare young talent for business-critical roles. From flagship management trainee tracks to scalable university partnerships, you’ll play a key role in positioning Converge as an employer of choice while ensuring alignment with our evolving talent and capability needs. What You’ll Do Early Careers Strategy & Program Development Lead the overall strategy and execution of Converge’s early careers agenda, including the Future Forward management trainee program, enhanced internship experiences, and graduate pipelines. Design and implement initiatives such as industry-linked projects, faculty immersions, innovation challenges, and career immersion programs that position Converge as an employer of choice. Oversee the end-to-end early careers journey - from attraction and hiring, to onboarding, engagement, performance tracking, and conversion planning - in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and business leaders. Track, evaluate, and continuously improve early careers programs based on feedback and success metrics. Partnerships, Linkages, and Visibility Build and sustain strong partnerships with universities, colleges, and professional organizations nationwide. Ensure Converge’s brand and EVP is visibly present in nationwide activations, from office spaces to external university and government-linked events. Develop linkages with government agencies, NGOs, and industry associations to broaden Converge’s reach and impact. Negotiate and manage MOAs, sponsorships, and collaborative programs that enhance talent visibility and community engagement. Represent Converge in some forums, conferences, and partnership events, positioning the company as a top employer in the tech space. Identify new partnership opportunities to strengthen employer branding and early talent pipelines in Visayas, Mindanao, and nationwide. Stakeholder & Program Management Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, business sponsors, and external partners. Manage program calendars, engagement events, and communications across early careers initiatives. Coordinate with the rest of the Employer Branding Team, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to ensure consistent experience design and delivery. Consolidate and present program insights, feedback, and reporting to leadership. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in early careers, employer branding, campus recruitment, or program management. Strong track record in program design, stakeholder coordination, and university/government partnerships. Experience working with universities, student communities, and Gen Z talent. Excellent communication skills, confident in presenting to students, faculty, and external partners. Comfortable working with external agencies or vendors to scale campaigns and activations.
