We are looking for Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Cebu. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in both Spanish and English , possess strong communication skills, and have prior experience in the BPO industry. You will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive experience for our Spanish- and English-speaking customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, and chat support in both Spanish and English . Assist customers with product/service inquiries, billing concerns, troubleshooting, and account-related issues. Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system. Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Qualifications: Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required . At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO/customer service experience . Must be currently residing in Cebu and willing to work onsite. Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
