Customer Service Representative – Spanish Bilingual

Location: G/F Tera Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City (near Opus Mall)

Job Summary:

We are seeking Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This role requires strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, with experience in handling bilingual accounts. Candidates with collections experience will be prioritized.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or higher
  • Minimum 2 years of Spanish Bilingual experience (BPO/Call Center)
  • Preferably with 1 year of collections experience
  • Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to ₱100,000 (depending on experience)

Job Description:

As a Spanish Bilingual CSR, you will:

  • Provide customer service and support in both Spanish and English via calls, emails, or chat
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, billing concerns, and service requests
  • Handle collections-related interactions when necessary
  • Ensure service levels and quality standards are consistently met
  • Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions
