TASQ is on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team as Bilingual Call Center Agents. This exciting role demands a strong proficiency in both languages to provide outstanding customer support in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English, delivering exemplary support through phone, chat, or email.

- Help resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and address concerns with professionalism and precision.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely, clear, and helpful solutions.

- Record customer interactions and feedback in an organized and efficient manner.

- Collaborate with team members to guarantee smooth and effective service delivery.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish and English.

- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service setting is preferred but not required.

- Must currently reside in Cebu City or the surrounding Cebu province (or be willing to relocate).

- Availability for a screening interview and reachable for further communication.
